By website code, I mean any HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other code which is part of the machinery of this website, rather than its content. I know that's not a very precise and unambiguous definition, but I'll trust that you know what I mean.
Website code can be considered to be in the public domain, as long as it was not provided by a third party on different terms. Currently, everything that I consider to be part of this website code was written by me, for this site, and can be reused freely in any way you like.

Written content is licensed under a Creative Commons Licence unless otherwise stated. This allows reuse with certain conditions. Please see the license for details.
Software Downloads
Unless otherwise stated, software available for download here should be considered to be under the GNU GPL. Some items may be covered by the GNU LGPL instead, or other licenses entirely, but this will be clearly noted in the source code, documentation, and/or otherwise near the software download or in the distribution.
